UT goes beyond carbon neutral policy

How to compensate for your gender imbalance? Use gender neutral language. Ms. Julie Bytheway (we could not have invented a better name for her last Friday, except for the all time favorite Ms. Xenia Onatopp) will tell us on behalf of the female stimulation fund how to do this.
To become carbon neutral in our life we can plant trees, cycle to work, unplug our computers, become vegan, and most definitely not have children. How will we become gender neutral in our language? No 'man' is to be mentioned anymore of course: 'policeman' will become 'police', 'Managed staff' will become 'Aged staff' and every 'woman' will become a 'Wo'. Also no 'he or she' anymore but always pluralis majestatis: "We the Dean's wife have decided".
