Good to know things can really change with new enlightened leadership. Where ITC's P&O partner policy required many (futile) guerilla strikes and caused heated coffee debates, the new Wind from the West has cleared the way for our extended families to join ITC. Not just binning the silly rule, the Dean/Rector/Dean immediately set an example by apponting his Wife as XO. We now wait for the appointment of a Portfolio holder for Family Affairs.
