Rare bird sighting

A rare bird sighting has brought ITC traffic to a halt. Early this morning cars were queuing to enter the ITC parking lot. When a puzzled cyclist asked her motoring colleague what the fuss was about, the reply was that "It's a great day for bio-diversity". The health-promotion-day-dodger continued to explain from his car that it is "unusual for such a rare bird to be sighted outside of its normal habitat" but he was ultimately astonished to see this happening on the parking lot. The queuing motorists were presented with front row seats to the spectacle as they filed slowly past the nesting site, careful not to disturb the bird.

The only negative comments about the spectacle came from a travelling bird watcher who complained that a large dirty BMW was blocking the perfect camera angle. He also said that he doubted that this actually was Anas Vulgaris Thermae due to the absence of foam bubbles in the nest.
